Metal Photos

Ordering a Custom Product: After placing your order, please use our Photo Upload Form to submit your photo or design. Be sure to include your order number so we can match your image to your order.

Because our products are handmade and many are personalized or custom-made specifically for each customer, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for changes of mind, incorrect product selections or customer-provided information that was approved as part of the order. If your order arrives with a production error, incorrect personalization caused by Double Take Designs, or another issue resulting from an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can work with you to make it right. We want you to love what we create for you, and we will always do our best to resolve any issue that is the result of an error on our part.
